ALICE DALTON BROWN (1939 - )

Alice Dalton Brown creates meditative, photorealistic landscapes using the difficult medium of watercolor. Her images transport us to the places of our childhood, the sun-dappled porch where we sat and read our favorite books, the swimming pool where we cooled ourselves in summers past.

Dalton Brown's relaxing scenes are a reprieve from the harried life. She paints so realistically that, upon viewing her works, we are transported to calmer, more-relaxing times.

Dalton Brown is an accomplished artist with a distinctive style. Her works are included in the collections of over seventy private homes and corporations, including those of AT&T, 3M Corporation, Westinghouse Corporation and NCR.
